Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent + 03 years
experience. (OR)
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent + 05 years experience.

RITES Recruitment 2024 Selection Process:
Applications will be
screened for eligibility, and candidates may be shortlisted at the company's
discretion. The selection will be based on the following weightage:

(Technical & Professional Proficiency: 65%, Personality, Communication
& Competency: 35%)
A merit list will be prepared for
candidates who score at least 60% in the interview (50% for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PWD
