Indian Air Force AFCAT – 01/2025/NCC Special Entry Detailed Notification Pdf and Apply Online Details on this page: The Indian Air Force (IAF) is offering a great career opportunity to engineering and other graduates for the recruitment examination of the Air Force Common Admission Online Test (AFCAT – 01/2025 / NCC Special Entry) in the Flying Branch and Ground Duty branches (Technical and Non-Technical). Eligible unmarried male and female Indian citizens apply online for IAF Group A Gazetted Officers in Flying and Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) branches. The Indian Air Force AFCAT 2025 online registration process will start on 2nd December and is scheduled to end on 31st December 2024.

Age Limit of IAF AFCAT Recruitment 2025

Flying Branch and NCC Special Entry: 20 to 24 years as on 1st January 2026⁣ [i.e. born between 02 January 2002 to 1st January 2006 (both dates inclusive)]
Ground Duty (Technical & Non-Technical): 20 to 26 years as on 1st January 2026⁣ [i.e. born between 02 January 2000 to 1st January 2006 (both dates inclusive)]

IAF AFCAT Salary: ₹ 56100 – 177500/- Level 10 (Flying Officer) (MSP ₹ 15500/-)

IAF AFCAT Entry Educational Qualifications:

AFCAT Entry (Flying Branch): Graduation with minimum ree-year d degree course in any discipline with a minimum 60% Marks (OR) B.E. / B.Tech Degree with a minimum 60% Marks (OR) Candidates who have cleared the Section A & B examination of the Associate Membership of the Institution of Engineers (India) or the Aeronautical Society of India with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent.

AFCAT Entry (Ground Duty Technical Branch): 10+2 Physics and Maths with a 4-year Degree or Postgraduate Degree in Engineering/Technology.

AFCAT Entry (Ground Duty Non-Technical Branches): Administration and Logistics—degree in any discipline; Accounts—B.Com degree; Education—MBA/MCA or MA/M.Sc. degree.

NCC Special Entry (Flying Branch): 10+2 Physics and Maths with Graduates with a minimum three-year degree course in any discipline with a minimum 60% mark or equivalent OR a B.E./B.Tech degree with a minimum 60% mark or equivalent. Meteorology—postgraduate degree in any science stream.

Meteorology: Passed 10+2 and a postgraduate degree in any science stream/mathematics/statistics/geography/computer applications/environmental science/applied physics/oceanography/meteorology/agricultural meteorology/ecology & environment/geophysics/environmental biology with a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate of all papers put together.

IAF AFCAT Examination Fee: A nonrefundable fee of ₹ 250/- for AFCAT entry may be paid online. Not applicable for NCC Special Entry and Meteorology.

➢ Eligible interested candidates apply online through the AFCAT CDAC official website (careerindianairforce.cdac.in OR afcat.cdac.in) from 2nd December 2024.
➢ The candidates should enter basic/communication and qualification details.
➢ The last date for submission of online applications is 31/12/2024 up to 23:30 hours.
