Eligibility requirements for NGEL engineers and executives:

Engineer (RE-Civil)	BE/B.Tech Degree in Civil Engineering + 03 years post-qualification experience.
Engineer (RE-Mechanical)	BE/B.Tech Degree in Mechanical Engineering + 03 years post-qualification experience. Preference will be given to candidates with an ME/M.Tech degree.
Engineer (RE—RE—Electrical)	BE/B. Tech Degree in Electrical Engineering + 03 years post-qualification experience.
Executive (REHR)	Graduates with at least 2 years full-time Postgraduate Degree/Postgraduate Diploma/Postgraduate Program in Management with Specialization in Human Resources/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management or Master’s in Social Work or MHROD or MBA with Specialization in HR. Minimum 03 years post-qualification experience.
Executive (RE-Finance)	Qualified CA/CMA with a minimum of one year of experience.
Engineer (RE-IT)	B.E./B.Tech degree in computer science or IT + 03 years of post-qualification experience.
Engineer (RE - C&M)	B.E./B.Tech. in any stream with a PG diploma in material management/supply chain management/MBA/PGDBM or B.E./B.Tech. in any stream with an M.E./M.Tech. in the renewable energy domain. Minimum 1 year of work experience.
