Method of Selection of IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025
- No written exam is required. The selection process is predicated on:
- Merit List: The total percentage of points earned across all semesters and years on the qualifying exam.
- Tie-breaker: Higher matriculation marks are taken into consideration if ages are equal; older applicants rank higher.
- Document Verification: Original, self-attested copies of all certificates, such as grade reports from grades 10 and 12, degree or diploma certificates, and caste or disability certificates, are required of shortlisted candidates.
- Medical Fitness: Before being hired, candidates must pass a medical exam.

How to Register for the 2025 IOCL Apprentice Recruitment:
There are two required steps in the IOCL Refineries Division Apprentice
2025 online application process:
Step 1:
- Sign up on the NAPS/NATS Portal
- Register on the NAPS portal for Codes 101, 102, 103, 108, 109, 110, and 111.
- Regarding Codes 104, 105, 106, and 107: Create an account on the NATS website.
- Use the establishment ID of the relevant refinery to apply for opportunities (e.g., Guwahati: EASKMC000002 for NATS, E08191800001 for NAPS).
Step 2:
- IOCL Portal application
- Fill up the online application at www.iocrefrecruit.in by 17:00 on June 2, 2025.
- Add a signature and a color photo (jpg, ≤50 KB).
